What are the company registrations Procedures?

Complete the online mode of registration and generate the company registration documents for the further modes of execution and registration by shareholders and directors.

Submit the Documents

Execute the proper company registration documents with shareholders and directors and then submit it to Solubilis. The documents includes identity and address proofs, registered office address, NOC from the landlord and other relevant documents.

RUN application ( Optional one)

To reserve the company name RUN is the web based application. RUN means reserve unique name. The name claimed under RUN system allows 20 days of validity from the date of approval. The documents have to submit within the validity period.

Filing the registration documents with MCA

The filing consist of the below types of e-forms

• E-Form INC-32 – SPICe Application
• E-Form INC-33: e-Memorandum of Association (SPICe MoA)
• E-Form INC-34: e-Articles of Association (SPICe AoA)

All the corresponding documents have to arrange as per the documentation requirements and have to attach with the E-Form INC-32/33/34 and forms have to digitally attest with DSC of all the shareholders.

Verification by the central registrar of companies (CRC)

The central registrar of company verifies the application in a prescribed order and they found the documents are true then they will issue the documents as follows.

• Company registration certificate
• Director identification Number
• Permanent Account Number
• TAN of the new company (Tax collection and Deduction number)
